About Chromatol Circular Water saving Dyeing System

The Chromatol Circular Water saving Dyeing System has added a water circulation system to the existing dyeing and washing processes in the dyeing factory. This system combines the environmentally friendly and water-saving SP series and SP-EC series Reactive dyesss independently developed by Chromatol, ensuring constant temperature dyeing of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics in an environment of 58-60 ℃. The Chromatol Circular Water saving Dyeing System provides a systematic solution for the green and low-carbon development of the textile printing and dyeing industry.


The water quality of the recycled water in this system is excellent, with COD ≤ 40ppm, ammonia nitrogen ≤ 5ppm, chromaticity ≤ 10 times, and hardness ≤ 0.03mmol/L, fully meeting the recycling standards.
