  • COLOURZOL® features three high lightfastness combinations for light shades:

    1. Yellow MF-R+Red MF-2BL+Blue MF-R. This combination achieves the highest lightfastness rating for immersion dyeing. Lightfastness rating: ISO 105-B02

    2. Yellow SP-EC+Red FD-BS+Blue SPL. This combination is suitable for dip dyeing, continuous processes, and cold padding, particularly excelling in continuous and cold padding applications. It offers strong stability, low photosensitivity, and no color difference at the head or tail.

    3. Yellow HLP+Red HLP+Blue HLP Combination: Suitable for pad dyeing, continuous dyeing, and cold pad dyeing. Demonstrates excellent leveling, stability, and reproducibility in pad dyeing.

    Additionally, the company has newly launched Amber SP-EC and Amber HLP non-photosensitive yellows that also exhibit outstanding compatibility and stability.

  • COLOURZOL® primarily offers the following series of printing products:

  • The Chromatol Circular Water saving Dyeing System has added a water circulation system to the existing dyeing and washing processes in the dyeing factory. By combining SP series and SP-EC series Reactive dyesss, it is possible to ensure constant temperature dyeing of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics in an environment of 58-60 ℃. Due to the constant temperature of the system at 60 ℃ throughout the entire process, there is almost no need for water heat exchange, resulting in a significant reduction in energy consumption. The system has a water-saving rate of over 95%, an energy-saving rate of over 90%, and can also save at least one-third of dyeing time.
  • Using COLOURZOL® The SP/SP-EC series dyes can complete the printing and dyeing washing process at 60 ℃, and the adaptation of water treatment equipment can enable the entire system to operate in a constant temperature system at 60 ℃, achieving energy-saving effects. If other Reactive dyesss are used, it can also reduce the temperature difference of the system water to a certain extent, which has an energy-saving effect. However, compared with Colourzol® There may be differences in SP/SP-EC dyes.

  • At present, some factories in India, Southeast Asia, and other places use water circulation devices that can achieve a water circulation rate of over 90% (usually using membrane infiltration technology). Compared to such processes, our system can not only achieve higher water circulation rates, but also save over 90% of energy in the entire printing and washing system, greatly reducing system energy consumption. At the same time, our water treatment equipment has better chemical stability and can be applied to wastewater with high salt, high acidity and alkalinity, and high calcium and magnesium content. Moreover, the consumables (mainly membranes) and equipment operation and maintenance costs are low.
